• Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping:
  All orders ship via USPS mail. If the item is in stock, we aim to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, we will ship Monday.

  Items shipped via both USPS first class and priority within the United States take an average of 1-3 business days. Items shipped internationally USPS first class vary in shipping time and average 6-10 business days if shipped priority. 
  

  If the item is one of our custom-made products or is not in stock, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery.

  Continental US: A standard shipping rate of $3.05 is applied to orders $17 or less and $5.95 for orders from $17.01 to $100.00  Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.00 (within the U.S., does not include taxes and shipping fees). We also offer FREE local pick-up.

  Priority Mail Shipping: Typically, Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days within the United States and 6-10 business days to Australia, Canada, and the U.K. Additional fees apply for priority shipping.

  International Shipping: A standard shipping rate of $7.95 is applied to orders $17 or less and $13.95 for orders from $75.01 to $200.00, and 19.95 for orders above $200.00. The following additional fees apply
  Australia, Japan, Netherlands, United Kingdom, $6.00

  Shipping to Canada via first class mail averages 14 business days but can take up to 20 days, depending on customs.  Tracking is NOT available for packages shipped via USPS first class mail.

  Allergy Apparel reserves the right to make changes, including change in shipping rates, etc. at any time without notice.

  International shipping times are greatly effected by the countries security levels.  Unfortunately we can not guarantee shipping times and can not refund  purchases.

• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
  
  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. . is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.




• Return Policy

• Non-Custom Order Policy:

  We strive for 100% satisfaction on all of our products. However, if you need to return a non-custom item for any reason, just contact us at @returns@allergyapparel.com within 14 days for a return authorization number. We'll happily give you instructions to return your items and will issue a full refund upon receipt of the goods minus the cost of shipping. All returns and exchanges must have a RMA code.

  If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the delivery of your new item.
  We are not responsible for items that are sent to us and not received. Please send all items with tracking.  We recommend you send your packages by insured parcel or courier.

  All of our customers are equally important to us, so please do not ask us to make exceptions.

  Custom Order Policy:

  Custom products ordered at Allergy Apparel are created for you.  Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold.  We can not issue refunds on custom products.

  Clearance Items: We do not accept returns on clearance items.

  If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. If you make a mistake with your order, contact us and we will see what we can reasonable do to help you get the product that you want. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 14 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem.

• The Correct Fit:

  Our clothes are 100% cotton and cut for a youthful shape. Most of our garments fit snug to flatter almost any body type. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, please order the next size larger.

  Engraving:

  Key Components
  There are four pieces of information that generally need to be engraved on a medical id alert bracelet: diagnosis or condition, allergies (if any), patient's name, and emergency contact.  There are also things that aren't needed, such as the patient's address (unless they have dementia) and social security number.

  Tips and Hints
      •    Be sure to indicate if you are on a medication or allergic to the medication.
      •    Unless you are listing several numbers for the same person you do not need to indicate that it is a cell or work number.
      •    The shorter the line, the larger the font will be on the tag.
      •    The tag will be easier to read if the lines are evenly spaced.
      •    When listing allergies say ?peanut allergy? instead of ?allergy to peanuts? because it takes up less space.
